Thank you for your interest in my private practice services. 

In 2008 I returned to Prince Edward Island to work as a trauma therapist working with P.E.I. Rape & Sexual Assault. I also started a small private practice here at that time. In June 2014 I moved to full time private practice. I am appreciative of many referrals from former clients, therapist colleagues and doctors that have blessed my services into full time.

Previous to returning to the Island I interned and worked in Counselling Services at the University of New Brunswick after completing the M.Ed. Program (Masters in Education and Counselling) at U.N.B. My undergraduate work was in English and Philosophy (Mount Allison University) and Psychology (University of Prince Edward Island). I am a registered member in good standing with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association #2096.

If you are looking for resources and downloads for Meditation, Mindfulness and Stress reduction go to the Links and Resources Tab. I have an associate who is available to give one-on-one experience and training in Mindfulness and Meditation. Ian Forgeron has developed six sessions of Mindfulness- Meditation designed for individuals or couples dealing with stress, depression and anxiety. This can be alternated and combined with therapy sessions towards greatly enhanced well being.
